Water/Sewer Service

Requirements to Start New Water Service:

  1. Completed Application for Service (see link below)
  2. A Picture ID (Drivers License, State ID card, or Passport)
  3. Payment of a Security Deposit by check, cash, money order, or debit/credit card (card payments do incur 3.95% fee). After 24 months of good payment history, the deposit shall be refunded in the form of a credit to your water account. To pay your deposit online via our payment portal, please click here.

Submit documents by email to KButler@CityofHoschton.com or Info@CityofHoschton.com, or in person at Hoschton City Hall, 61 City Square, Hoschton, GA 30549.
