Requirements to Start New Water Service:

  1. Completed Application for Service (click here) 
  2. A Picture ID (Drivers License, State ID card, or Passport)
  3. Payment of a Security Deposit by check, cash, money order, or debit/credit card (card payments do incur 3.95% fee).  After 24 months of good payment history, the deposit shall be refunded in the form of a credit to your water account.  To pay your deposit online via our payment portal, please click here

Monthly Utility Bill Payment Options:

-Auto Pay (ACH Draft from bank account): fill out the ACH Authorization Form (click here) and return to City Hall  [free service]

Online Payment Portal (click here): set up an account or make one-time payments  [3.95% per card transaction with a minimum $2.00 fee]

-In-person at City Hall with cash, check, or card

-By mail or City Hall drop-box with cash or check

-By phone at 404-574-6659 (you will need the web i.d. from your bill)
